Viagra is a drug that can only be sold in pharmacies in the Czech Republic.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Viagra, Kamagra contain an effective medicinal substance for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The drug is approved by the state. Only an authorised person (e.g. a pharmacy) may sell the medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparations with an active substance are considered a medicine under the Czech Medicinal Products Act (Article 2(1)(b) of Act 387\/2007Sb). The medicine must be registered as a medicinal product in the country concerned. Only after registration can it be offered to the public. This applies to Viagra but not to Kamagra and many generic erectile dysfunction medicines. Unapproved drugs cannot be offered at all. Not even by authorised persons, e.g. doctors or pharmacists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the report<\/a> State Institute for Drug Control of the Czech Republic: \u201cAccording to the declaration, the preparations Kamagra 100 mg and Sildenafil citrate 100 mg contain the active substance sildenafil 100 mg\/tablet. According to the declaration, the preparations Tadalis SX 20 mg and Tadalafil 20mg contain the active substance tadalafil 20 mg\/tablet. All of the above preparations are unregistered in the Czech Republic and, based on their composition, meet the definition of a medicinal product.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even if the drugs are approved by the state, sex shops are not certified to sell them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The effectiveness of dietary supplements from sex shops is questionable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Other penis erection support products<\/a> sold in sex shops, e.g. Arginmax, Clavin, etc., according to expert studies, they only work to a very limited extent against prescription erection drugs. The expert research was conducted by a friend of a pharmacist with 20 years of experience, who wished to remain anonymous. They do not contain the active medicinal substance sidenafil. These are food supplements. In this respect, clinical studies are in significant conflict with advertisers' online reviews. According to user reviews, food supplements work to support erections for about 2\/3 of users and not for 1\/3, and the extent of the placebo effect is unknown. These reviews are also written by rather young users who try it and would function just fine without it. The informative value of online reviews will therefore be lower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The effectiveness of Viagra and other sildenafil drugs (generic Viagra) is clear<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Medications with the active ingredient sidenafil have been proven to work according to clinical studies and personal experiences of people who have tried it. The penis can stand for several hours. Medications for erectile dysfunction can be dangerous for people with heart problems. However, food supplements without the active ingredient \u2013 such as Clavin, Arginmax (see above) \u2013 cost the same as real and effective medications \u2013 Viagra or other generics with the active ingredient sidenafil. The best thing to do if you have erection problems is to go to a doctor and get Viagra or a generic prescribed. At the same time, you will be informed and partly limit your heart risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
