The belt can be used directly on the skin without the black pad. The pad can be shortened, it fully covers the metal belt only up to 100cm circumference (95cm+5cm overlap).<\/p>\n

Instructions: remove the plastic belt. Unscrew the screws on the iron belt by hand or with the help of a tightener (a plate with two nut-shaped holes). Screw on the 2 screws and test the size. If the size fits, add the middle strip (can also be tightened with screws). Finally, a plastic belt can be added. The overlap can be loosened or tightened with an Allen screw. The buckle points downwards with the open side. The buckle lock is removed in its entirety and after attaching the belts, tuck in and secure the belts by turning the key. The ring inside the buckle must be turned so that the buckle lock fits into it when the key is turned.<\/p>\n

To fit the metal butt plug you need to unscrew the insert, put it on and screw it back into the belt.<\/p>\n
