Alternative Rubber ball<\/a> or Choking gag<\/a><\/p>\n If a larger hole is made in the middle (e.g. the size of 3 connected current holes), the gag carries the sound and does not perform the function of silencing. Submissiveness and dominance would still be reinforced though.<\/p>\n Unfortunately, we don't have an equally great alternative for the product.
