   Small, smart. One side of the pin is a thin plate, contact is only on one side. They have a very light squeeze, i.e. they act only as an electro-contact, but do not cause pain caused by mechanical squeezing. On the other hand, therefore, they only hold in a place that doesn't need that stronger mechanical grip. As with all electrofittings, the contacts need to be liberally coated with some water-soluble gel, which of course further reduces the ability of the contact to stick somewhere. I definitely don't recommend trying it dry or just plain wet, burns can be brought on very quickly.
   I bought the studs in an attempt to find a contact on male nipples for the purpose of electrosex that would not cause pain mechanically. Unfortunately, this is not possible either - they won't stay on my mini nipples (along with the gel). So far I haven't found anything suitable - anything that doesn't "bite" into the tissue slides with the gel, and that's the type of pain I don't care for. Pegs would probably work on larger female nipples (about 1cm when erect). Finally, I found an unexpected use - after disinfecting and nailing, the flat side inserts into the urethra at the tip of the penis and the contact (also nailed) acts on the glans from the outside. By rotating it, the spot with the best "effect" of the current can be found. It holds perfectly in place, does not press unnecessarily (in fact, it is not even felt), so the electric current acts without disturbing pain.

   Conducts well, didn't hurt the first time I put it on and the experience was pleasant.
