How can I shop anonymously?

Anonymous purchases in our sex shop can be made through shipment pick-up sites such as zasilkovna.cz (=packeta.com) and its foreign European partners. For such pickups, you can enter a fake name and surname. You will receive a password for the pickup on your mobile phone and email. Many of our customers take advantage of this. Neither we nor the carrier will know your identity. You can also buy anonymously in our sex shop in Prague Nusle.

Discreet packaging

All data about the customer and his/her purchase is confidential and protected in accordance with the requirements of EU Regulation 679/2016 GDPR.

The store operator is the controller of personal data. Vladimír Koranda, ID number 14145120, with its registered office in the Czech Republic, Družstevní ochoz 1378, Prague 4 140 00, delivery address Svatoslavova 1, 140 00, Prague 4. Data in the business and e-mail database are encrypted and password protected. A potential personal data breach will be reported to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic within 72 hours.

We process contact and identification data filled in by customers in the order form of this e-shop, i.e. to the extent necessary to process the order. Processing is automated via the trading system database and the email that sends the order confirmation. Only 2 named people have access to them.

We delete your email, phone number within 3 months of creating the order (and the last database backup in another 4 months). At the same time, we also delete your name and address, except for purchases over 10,000 CZK - the obligation under the Accounting Act to keep the buyer's name and address on the invoice for 5 years (or 10 years, when we become VAT payers).

The person whose data we process has the right to:

to ask us to provide information (collected about him/her) in a structured, machine-readable format (by email or in person), to correct, delete or restrict processing (except for mandatory archiving according to law);

file a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Czech Republic (Office for Personal Data Protection). This office oversees compliance with privacy regulations, including the GDPR.

Email Newsletter

Your email address is stored in our database when you register to receive the Newsletter. We send the Newsletter as a commercial communication and no more than 4 times a year (we sent 1 newsletter for the period 2016-2025).

We will delete your email address from our database at your request or automatically after clicking “Unsubscribe” (in the footer of each newsletter). The retention period for personal data – email address is until you withdraw your consent / unsubscribe from the newsletter. We delete all other data after 60 days (see below).

The sender is the store operator.

Storing cookies and site history on your PC

We store a cookie on your PC with the contents of your shopping cart. If the site stored this on its server under the visitor's IP, there would be collisions due to the use of 1 IP by multiple users of the home or corporate network. The only other option is a customer account. However, we do not allow this for customer protection reasons see section below. We store cookies about site settings (e.g. number of products per page, language, etc.). These files are necessary for the completion of the purchase and we store it this way for a legal reason.

We also store anonymized analytical cookies and affiliate cookies on your PC. We use analytics independent of 3rd parties and do not share analytical data. From the data, we find out where you came to us from, what you viewed and for how long, your region or city, browser language, browser and operating system. These cookies help us anonymously determine the target group of customers, traffic sources and which traffic sources bring in purchasing customers. It makes sense for us to present ourselves further in the places identified in this way. These cookies only work with an anonymized IP address (i.e. the front part of the IP address, capable of identifying only the user's city). Affiliate cookies may determine the affiliate partners from which you came to our website. We do not share this data with anyone. It cannot be linked to advertising or other services, such as Google ads, etc.

Our cookies have an expiry date of 30 days (the standard is 30 days to 2 years). After that, the browser will automatically delete them.

Web browser and corporate network history

Web browsers are usually set at the factory to record the history of pages visited. To maintain your privacy, consider clearing the history of pages visited in your browser settings. Especially on a shared PC.

Do not access our redpipi.com website from corporate PCs and networks where your permissions to remove cookies and history may be restricted. Your company's history is usually logged on a corporate server in addition to the above, and sites with sexual themes are subject to corporate bans and corporate tracking alarms.

List of third parties that temporarily or permanently have access to your data

Digital Ocean

The provider of the virtual and email server for the Redpipi sex shop is a reputable company based in the USA DigitalOcean, LLC. On its server is a database of orders, customer contact details and emails confirming orders, for a period of 2 months from the order until the irreversible anonymization of all personal data of orders or deletion of emails. The hosting provider is not authorized to access this database. For reasons of legitimate interest, to protect the server, our virtual server provider stores IP addresses, the pages accessed by these IP addresses and the times of these accesses for a period of 3 months.

Emails to DOMÉNY s.r.o. and Google

The email provider for our sex shop is DOMÉNY s.r.o. and Google LLC. Their servers contain emails containing order data (identification of purchased items and customer contact details). After 3 months from the order we delete these emails irreversibly.

ComGate Payment Gateway, Card Association, Apple Pay, Google Pay

The payment gateway is provided by ComGate Payments, a.s. (ComGate). ComGate is a company licensed by the Czech National Bank as a payment institution. ComGate receives your name and surname, email, time and amount of payment, account and bank or credit card identification and identification of our e-shop when you make a payment by card or quick online transfer. Comgate retains this data for the period specified by legislation (i.e. usually 5 years after the end of the financial year).

When paying by card or Apple Pay or Google Pay, your name and surname, the time, amount of payment and the identity of our store will also be received by the respective card and association, or Apple PAy or Google Pay. They will store the data according to the legislation for these financial institutions.

Carriers - Freight forwarding (Packeta)

We only transfer data to the carrier Zásilkovna s.r.o.which will deliver the shipments itself or hand them over to the carrier of your choice (list on the checkout page) to the extent necessary for delivery. For example, we do not disclose the address when picking up goods from vending machines or dispensing points. Carriers use contact email to notify you that the shipment has been accepted for shipment, and contact email or mobile phone to notify you that the shipment is ready for delivery. Zasilkovna.cz (packeta.com) processes the data subsequently:

email, phone, address - for a period of 1 year from the delivery of the parcel and then anonymises them. Names are also anonymised in the parcel database.

the customer's name and surname based on the VAT Act, as this data is part of the invoice from Zasilkovna for our shop (and also according to Packeta's archiving policy).

As of 31 March 2025, Redpipi s.r.o. is the only one of the 40,000 European e-shops that has negotiated this privacy protection with Packet. It took 3 years.

This does not apply if you have the Packeta app. In this case, the privacy policy is governed by the Packeta terms and conditions.

Heureka - price comparator for the Czech and Slovak Republic

Only for customers shopping in the Czech language version and in the case of passive consent on the checkout page to disclose the email and the content of the purchase to Heureka for the purpose of sex shop review. We will send to the company Heureka Group a.s.: customer's email address, order number, content of purchase, time of purchase, identification of our store. This data is stored in a pseudonymised form by Heureka for 4 years after the completion of the Heureka email questionnaire, or 6 months if you do not complete the Heureka questionnaire.

Data in comments and complaints

We do not process or use personal data in comments. If comments and ratings contain personal data of an identifiable person, the person concerned is entitled to request their removal in addition to the rights above. We do not process personal data from complaints.
