+ The best part is the moment of surprise. Despite the very good controllability, there is an element of surprise, a possible deviation from the intended power of the shot due to the unique flex of the leather wrapped in the cylinder and the uniqueness of each swing. You don't know exactly what shot you're going to get or give, and there's a pleasant fear or excitement that comes from that. Other reprimands or whips don't offer this (unless you leave out the defectively designed toys).
