Instructions:

With padding on the instep and shin to keep the heel free. The hanging loops point away from the body (from the instep) - i.e. when hanging by the feet, they point upwards. The 2 straps behind the calf in particular need to be properly tightened. The straps on the foot can be left looser. Not intended for walking.
