Description

We will send you a gift voucher in electronic pdf format 10.5 x 7cm with a unique digital code, verification email and voucher expiry date. You must print it yourself.

Voucher value and currency

The selected voucher value is always in CZK (for another currency, the equivalent of the selected CZK value according to the exchange rate on our website). The gift voucher can be used for another currency.

Purchase a voucher

Select the value of the gift voucher according to the options (if you wish a different value, we will issue a voucher upon request).

Always include the following in the order notes: “The recipient's email address is:  ... "

Voucher redemption

The voucher must be used in full in one purchase, otherwise the rest will be forfeited. You can leave a reserve for shipping costs (see the page in the Cashier for shipping prices). (Cash on delivery is of course not charged).

Double verification

1. After purchase and payment, you will be given a unique discount voucher code. The recipient will redeem it as a code on the checkout page.

2. We will then send a verification email with instructions for verification.

3. After verification, we will send the goods. The voucher is automatically invalidated by purchase. If the order is canceled or withdrawn within 14 days, we will renew the voucher.

Voucher validity

The voucher must be used or requested for a refund within 3 years of purchase. Otherwise, the voucher will be forfeited without refund.

Voucher return

Free within 14 days of purchase. Later for an administrative fee of 200 CZK. Without email verification, returns can only be made within 14 days of purchase when paying by card or at any time when paying via account and returning to the account. In other cases, verification via verification email is required for returns.

Data Archiving

We must retain the order data, including the verification email, for the duration of the voucher due to legitimate interest.
