Redpipi.com gift voucher

Description

We will send you a gift voucher in electronic pdf format 10.5 x 7cm with a unique digital code, verification email and voucher expiry date. You must print it yourself.

Terms and Conditions

Voucher value and currency

The selected voucher value is always in CZK (for another currency, the equivalent of the selected CZK value according to the exchange rate on our website). The gift voucher can be used for another currency.

Purchase a voucher

Select the value of the gift voucher according to the options (if you wish a different value, we will issue a voucher upon request).

Always include the following in the order notes: “The recipient's email address is:  … ”"”

Voucher redemption

The voucher must be used in full in one purchase of goods (the rest is forfeited). It applies only to goods and not to shipping and cash on delivery (but this can be agreed upon if interested).

Double verification

1. After purchase and payment, you will be given a unique discount voucher code. The recipient will redeem it as a code on the checkout page.

2. We will then send a verification email with instructions for verification (does not apply to vouchers donated by us).

3. After verification, we will send the goods. The voucher is automatically invalidated by the purchase. If the order is canceled or withdrawn within 14 days, we will renew the voucher (less shipping costs, if it was paid by voucher).

Return of purchased voucher and validity of purchased voucher

You must request a refund within 3 years of the date of purchase of the voucher or use it within 3 years. Otherwise, the voucher will be forfeited without refund.

You can return it for free within 14 days of purchase. Later, an administrative fee of 200 CZK is charged. Without email verification, you can return it only within 14 days of purchase when paying by card or at any time when paying via account and returning it to the account. In other cases, verification by email verification is required for returns.

Data Archiving

We must retain the order data, including the verification email, for the duration of the voucher due to legitimate interest.

Different voucher design

Do whatever you want, the code and email verification are important to us.
