Uni size for feet and hands. Only the hands of very skinny girls will slip through. For very thin wrists, choose the XD104 hanging handcuffs.
Very good support and pressure distribution on the legs. Even more comfortable for the feet than the XD104 type.

Instructions:
Hands - bands between thumb and forefinger, Feet: middle loop on the Achilles tendon. Do not use for more than 60 minutes, remove immediately if sensitivity is lost.
