B: Sale: Instead of a flat washer there is a 1 cm thick steel roller (last photo). It no longer crushes the ball, but only squeaks the skin, because the ball runs to the side next to the roller. So instead of a ball crusher there is now just a torturous looking erection ring and testicle weights. It can also pinch the penis, but we don't see much value in it. It was sent to us by mistake.

Instructions:

It takes patience. Put the tightening screws on the long screws, then depending on the version, the plate (or roller) and finally the erection ring and nuts. Loosen the screws from the erection ring by hand (or with the included Allen key). Tie the testicles under it and screw it in by hand. Then tighten. After 30 minutes, loosen to restore free blood flow. Release without delay if loss of sensation. It is tightened only with the fingers. The enclosed Allen is only for loosening if your lubricated fingers slip on the screws.

Warning! You can't tighten it all the way. You'll damage your testicles or cause infertility. Even if you have the testicles on the side of the squeeze and are only squeezing the skin, blood vessels and nerves, always leave at least a few mm for oxygenation and nutrient penetration into the testicles.
