The use of all 3 rings at the same time (see instructions below) is limited by the width of the penis up to 3.5 cm in diameter, the width of the testicles, and possibly the length of the scrotum (the distance of the testicles from the body). You can put only the penis through 2 rings or use the 3rd ring for the testicles. Both the testicles and the penis need to be lubricated before putting on and taking off the erection ring.

The easiest way to put on the 3-ring Erection Ring is to first insert the testicles into the large and medium rings and then finally thread the penis through the large and small rings. It requires patience and lubrication. Removing it should be easier – the opposite is true, but the testicle sometimes slips out on its own along with the penis being pulled out.

To remove it calmly, wait until the excitement has subsided. Applying lubrication to “clean up” the excitement will usually also reduce it.

Warning: The 3-ring erection ring can be dangerous. You may have difficulty removing it during prolonged arousal, insufficient lubrication, or a penis with a diameter of 4cm plus. Don't try this unless you know your body well! You will most likely have trouble putting it on.

The pressure of the nipple/labia pins is quite strong. The pressure can be reduced – regulated with the adjusting screws until there is no pressure.
