Instructions:

Padding on the instep and on the shin to keep the heel free. The suspension loops point away from the body (away from the instep) - i.e. upwards when hanging by the feet. In particular the 2 straps behind the calf need to be tightened properly. The foot straps can also be left loose. Not intended for walking.
