Regarding current: you can often find information that a current of 30 mA passing through the heart is fatal. That is why the tripping current of residual current devices is 30mA. I don't know whether they mean the peak value of the impulse current or the effective value of a regular sine wave. I assume the latter, the effective value. And secondly, no one can calculate how much % of current will pass through the heart when someone connects the generator between their nipples (the vast majority of the current will go through the skin and subcutaneous tissue), let alone the penis. That is why limiting the current of sex generators is quite problematic, it is more of an alibi of the manufacturers. Even if it generated 300mA, if it does not go between two electrodes applied directly to the heart through the open chest, but somewhere through the genitals, then nothing would happen. 

I would rather pay attention to the shape of the signal. That white generator contains a control integrated circuit like about ½ of all generators. It was developed for medical purposes, and in my opinion it is not very suitable for sexual stimulation (at least not “down there”). The impulses actually stimulate nerves or directly muscles. The transmission of the signal through the nerves is also electrical. To control the intensity of muscle contraction (for example, the strength of muscle contraction), the brain uses a change in frequency – the more impulses per second, the stronger the muscle contraction. In order for the muscle to contract completely, a certain “resonant” frequency must be reached. The larger the muscle, the lower the required frequency (and stronger current). For example, to stimulate the nipples, a relatively high frequency of several hundred Hz is needed (only small subcutaneous muscles). For the biceps, a much slower frequency (but stronger current) pulses are needed. What will cause a spasm in the chest would, for example, only cause some tingling in the thigh muscle, but the muscle will not even move. On the contrary, a current through the large muscles of the legs with a frequency of only tens of Hz (a military rotary telephone) will force a standing person to stand on tiptoe without wanting to. Each method of attaching the electrodes requires a different current: shape, intensity and frequency of the current. Automatic sweeping of the frequency and amplitude (size) of the current with a different waveform of a much lower frequency is effective. Better generators have this. Cheaper ones tend to imitate at least switching between several constant values (even the white one can do this). But smooth frequency and amplitude modulation is better. I have a more expensive generator, the Mystim Tension Lover digital. It has several design flaws, but it is quite effective. It has both types of modulation (although with rather unfortunate parameters). Even better is the very expensive ElectraStim generator (I bought it from abroad, because it cost 10 thousand here a few years ago). It also has the option of modulating with an external signal - but I can't do it. If the modulation signal came from the headphone output of the mobile phone, the result was various irregular “twitches” and an unpleasant output current. It would probably require some kind of amplifier that would mask (smooth out) the output sampling frequency of the acoustic signal from the mobile phone. But the idea of the possibility of external modulation is a good one. 

The ElectraStim generator also has other tricks, such as the ability to change the intensity with sound (the sub is not allowed to scream), rapid movement (jerking) and especially tilting. For example, by attaching the generator to the sub's body, it can be prevented from taking a certain position, which would relieve him of other discomfort. Typically, forcing him to lean forward. The more he raises his upper body, the stronger the current he would receive into the genital organ (penis, clitoris). And this generator delivers a really strong current. Stronger than the white one. Moreover, it is well-graded, digitally from 0 to 80 and with good contact it is already damn strong at around 20mA. By standing completely upright, the sub would receive those 80mA into his body - he wouldn't even be able to breathe due to spasms. Of all the 15 generators that I have tried, this one is the best (and most expensive). 

Combination of different power devices

Alternatively, the plug can be used as a single-pole plug, i.e. the current is applied to only one part, and the opposite pole is implemented elsewhere, ideally the anal plug with an electro-plug. This again brings different sensations than electrifying just the penis. A higher level is to conduct the current so that each part of the plug has its own generator (or channel of a two-channel plug) connected to the opposite pole elsewhere on the body. For example in the anus, on the testicles, on the nipples. It is better to use 2 different generators (electrosex power supplies), because each works with a different periodicity. The currents are added up in the penis and various very interesting interferences and ever-changing sensations arise.
